Voyager rme no sound only noise, pelase help

Hi I having problems with my voyager rack, the thing is i just upgrade it to 3.5 and I only can hear white noise, i tried many things,

factory reset, installing again the previously software,

on the HP/LP mode I only can hear white noise but if I switch it to dual LP you can hear very low the sound but with white noise as well.

Some one can help?!

Hey thanks for the replay!

I switched noise off, amount of filter to -5 I reset to factory settings, but the thing every time I play a note it comes the sound very low only from the left side and with white noise on both sides like if the noise filter is trigger with every note, I did PANIC as well, but nothing : (, I called MOOG tech support and the send me the files to install again de software, I load the presets exactly as the instructions says fisrt bank B then asked me for bank D then again I started over with bank A but after loading bank A it asked me for bank D again so I gave it D, but never asked for bank C, but anyway I load bank C and asked me again for bank D, after I go to the version mode and is correct with the boot version as well.

It is really strange and frustrating I did all possibilities with the knobs..

Any idea what can it be??

By the way I hear the noise as well from the headphones output…so is not the mixer or the sound card.. :frowning:

Hello sorry i thought you were talking about the console, my mistake, only some presets I can hear like only a few on them and very low sound..

what can I do??

I guess there’s a broken opamp in the output circuit or something else on the analog board.

Incredible!!, I though moog was a strong syhtn for life, is a shame cause is not a cheap machine and with only 1 year warranty!!! disappointed :frowning:

Any idea what can caused this??? It´s frustrated because i take a good care of all my equipment…

Even Rolls Royces may break down.
Compare the number of parts to the number of parts of a modern DSP synth.
A broken part or solder point is way more likely.
