my name is Vic and I’m a new member here.
I bought a voyager rme yesterday and I’ve just upgraded it to 3.5 from moogmusic.com
I tried to test for sound and set levels but …
no sound from preset 
Just a few presets make sound!
The same happens if I select “Initializing Parameters” to create a sound from scratch:
no sound
Any suggest?
I would really appreciate that.

You have to reload the patches following the update to v3.5.
Check the master volume on the “initialized parameters” settings.

I’m really sorry but I don’t know how to reload patches
(I was also looking how to reset my sounds using factory sounds: the manual says that the factory setup menu is after the copyright info but I can’t find it anywhere… My rme displays software version after the copyright info)
Check the master volume on the “initialized parameters” settings.
Do you mean the master volume knob at the top of the output section on the right side of the rme?
Yes, it is at maximum level (10)
Refer to the RME manual for instructions on how to load the patch banks.

The Master Volume knob doesn’t always reflect the master vol level of the patch, so if the patch has a low output the way to boost it is by twisting the master volume. You might want to consider editing patches to raise master output on patches that are too quiet.
