Voyager OS 3.4 Software Update Killed My Sounds

So I did the Voyager OS 3.4 update today, following the instructions perfectly. I didn’t receive any errors during the process and when it rebooted, OS 3.4 definitely showed as installed.

However, something weird happened with my presets. The first 64 came up fine, but 65-128 just have jibberish for names (for exzmple, 65 is: “v o_of_07o_{ ~}u9” and most of them dont produce any sounds.

Was going to try to just re-transmit Bank A, but I figured I’d ask before I screwed things up any farther. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You have to save your sounds before and update and reload them after. It was in my instructions.

It actually worked out for the best—I just did a factory preset reinstall and then hit up a bunch of different online resources for custom patches. Should have done that a long time ago!

re-load your old version and save the presets and then you can install the 3.4 version.
