Voyager Old School huge envelope release time

Hi all,

The release time of the amp envelope on my Old School goes well over 1 minute when set to maximum and does not close immediately when set to minimum. Is there anything I can calibrate myself or do I need to send it to get fixed?

Open a support ticket on Moog.com. If you feel handy with a multi-meter and screw-driver they can send you the documents about calibrating the envelopes.
