I’m new to the Voyager and synths. Big fan of early synthpop OMD, Tubeway Army etc so been wanting to get one for years. Anyway bought a Signature on eBay and works fine apart from fact its not showing most of the setting choices listed in the manual. Shows 1.1 Contrast, 2.1 Midi In and 2.2 Out and a few others but when I scroll through no 4.4 Copyright. Want to reset to Factory presets. Is software corrupt? Do I need to reinstall? On boot up doesn’t even show a version on start up screen.

First of all welcome to the Moog forums… 
Sounds like you have OS 2.5 on your Voyager.
You can check the software version in menu 5.1
Latest firmware is OS 3.4 which should give you more interesting options which you can download from here : http://www.moogmusic.com/software/vgros3-4-62308.zip
Use f.i. SysEx Librarian to upload the new firmware on your Voyager…keep in mind that you have to upload the files in the following order : B → A → C → D
Or check in the 3.4 Addendum manual which is included in the zip file from page 9 onwards on how to do this.
