Voyager #224 is finally here!

Well…

boy it was worth the wait! A mahogany/lunar Voyager (#224) made its way to my studio yesterday after I waited for almost two months. I was 100% sure about the mahogany but had some reservations about the lunar backlights since I had never seen a proper photo of one. The lights are not white as in the Access Virus Polar, they have a very pale bluish tint…guys I tell you this is awesome…

I can’t really emphasize on the build quality, the wood, the knobs, the keys all are top notch stuff. I guess you know that already. Filter glide is awesome too.

By the way, bank A is loaded with a different set of sounds starting with “Tasty Moog Bass”.

I am going to post some pics as soon as possible.

:sunglasses:

Yay, Select Series pics. There’s a real lack of those. Congrats. I hope to join the SSV club soon.

i am so completely excited about mine that’s coming too.

it shall be maple / electric blue, and i will indeed take photos for the forum crowd.

i have a normal dark electric blue loaner in the meantime, but the memory is shot.

Where’s the serial number located?

Thanx guys

I only yesterday took some pics with the mobile, then sent them to the PC with bluetooth and no… the resolution is not big and the pics are not good. So, I am afraid you are going to have to wait a little more because this thing is very cool in the dark.

SN 224 is located in Thessaloniki, Greece.

Btw, there is a nice thread on the LP Forum about the whereabouts of the LPs. Why don’t we do this with the SS Voyagers?

Here’s my magnificent Mahogany Jade sn:038.

No, I meant where on the Voyager is the serial number located? I can’t see one on mine.

:sunglasses:

I love this.

In my Voyager it is located at the bottom of the back side of the panel.

I love this.

You can find analog lovers everywhere.. :sunglasses:

 So it is. Many thanks for that. I thought I’d looked properly at the back of the panel. Mine’s 2179 (Performer Edition).

Thanks for the pics. Interesting that you can tell it’s a Jade even when the power is off. The Electric Blue looks white when there’s no backlight on, but your knob labels appear green to me in the pics.

I borrowed a friend’s digital camera and took lots of pics of the Voyager. If anyone wants additional and bigger pics, just send me an email.

Dude, sweet! Well worth the wait I bet!
