boy it was worth the wait! A mahogany/lunar Voyager (#224) made its way to my studio yesterday after I waited for almost two months. I was 100% sure about the mahogany but had some reservations about the lunar backlights since I had never seen a proper photo of one. The lights are not white as in the Access Virus Polar, they have a very pale bluish tint…guys I tell you this is awesome…
I can’t really emphasize on the build quality, the wood, the knobs, the keys all are top notch stuff. I guess you know that already. Filter glide is awesome too.
By the way, bank A is loaded with a different set of sounds starting with “Tasty Moog Bass”.
I only yesterday took some pics with the mobile, then sent them to the PC with bluetooth and no… the resolution is not big and the pics are not good. So, I am afraid you are going to have to wait a little more because this thing is very cool in the dark.
SN 224 is located in Thessaloniki, Greece.
Btw, there is a nice thread on the LP Forum about the whereabouts of the LPs. Why don’t we do this with the SS Voyagers?
Thanks for the pics. Interesting that you can tell it’s a Jade even when the power is off. The Electric Blue looks white when there’s no backlight on, but your knob labels appear green to me in the pics.
