If I run my bass into a multiple, will that multiply my audio signal?
It’s the same thing as using a ‘Y’ cable to split your signal, except that the multiple will fan out your signal to three jacks instead of two from a ‘Y’ cable. It’s all passive - there are no electronics involved.
It doesn’t generate any noise?
The reason why i asked is because I was tempted to get the Electro Harmonix Bass Micro Synth, but thinking about the synth that im building, the envelope follower module will do the same thing…BUT the Env Follower doesn’t have a signal out so your have to use either a Y cable or a mult to get the bass to go to the filter.
I wondered if this would generate line noise
