Use of guitar effects with Sub Phatty (Headphones)

I was thinking of using the Sub Phatty into a series of Effects pedals (Reverb, Moog Analog Delay). Should I just plug my headphones into the out jack of the last effect in the chain?

That won’t work. You’ll need a mixer, or some sort of amp, with a headphone output.
