USB Midi Driver v3.30.0 +sub37+subphatty = still fail.

Windows 7 X64
Cubase 8.5
I tried all combinations possible (e.g. deinstall all drivers, reboot, reinstall v3.30.0…) with devices on and off (sequentially). Subphatty drivers aren’t recognised…
I succeeded once to all all drivers in what I suppose to be the right place. Subphatty+sub37 in the same moog root in device manager…but after a reboot…Subphatty wasn’t recognised again..
So same old scenario…suphatty is now again seen as an audio device in device manager.

It seems to me I’m doing bthe right procedure and have tried a lot of things but …
It seems a bit strange?

Hi,

The Sub Phatty firmware should be upgraded in order to support the moog USB Midi driver, so what you see is normal. Once the firmware is released you should be able to use them all together.

Thank’s for this info Gil.

You’re welcome !

also, Sub Phatty upgrade (for new driver) is already in progress; Minitaur also. We will work toward those releases once Sub 37 is out the door.
