That’s not a Moog circuit board. There is no “moog” silkscreen anywhere on the board.
You have an ancient 1979 computer board, judging from the datecodes on the chips. That board is stuffed full of 1970s TTL gates and RAMs with a crystal and a USART. No analog opamps in sight. I’m afraid it is worth near zero.
