Two basic operation-questions to the SP

Hi Slim Phatty users,

just bought that lovely Synth and I’m totally happy to own one.

Now I have 2 simple questions, I hope you can answer.

  1. The manual says: “Pressing the encoder while rotating increments the preset selection by +10 or -10 presets.”
    I tried to do so but when I push in that Value knob in Preset mode, the Arpeggiator tempo section appears and further turning of this knob only adjusts the BPM rate. Am I doing something wrong or is this a bug?

  2. Like the MIDI CC chart tells, there shouldn’t be a number to browse through presets via external devices. But I saw a guy on YouTube who was able to do so by having assigned a knob of his Novation SL MK2. He didn’t use any additional VST like the one by Rekon so how come he is able to so?
