automation on EG Release, Osc1 wave and Filter cutoff
then I change the Sustain and the sub goes out for tune!
If I delete the automation it doesn’t happen

I have reproduced this problem. Strangely, it wasn’t happening on Init Preset for me and I was starting to wonder if I’d ever see the same behavior… but then I switched to a different preset (B2P3 DUO ORG, not that it should make a difference) and instantly I got the same detuning upon moving the Amp EG Sustain knob in the editor while playing back.
Now to dig in and see what’s going on…

When this happens, try wiggling the Pitch Bend wheel on the hardware and see if the pitch snaps back.
What it looks like at first is that (somehow) a stray Pitch Bend value is getting into the system and staying there. For me, the pitch returned to normal as soon as I moved the pitch wheel, so I’m curious to see if you find the same. Thanks!

Yes your right if I move the pitch bend it snaps back in to tune 
This happens with every patch for me, not just the with the init and only happens when there is automation.

That’s quite an interesting observation. I’ve also observed that after a while of fiddling around in the Editor and on the Hardware (!), all of a sudden the Sub 37 was detuned by a whole step. Short move of the pitch wheel cleared that up. I don’t remember what I did, but changing Sustain could have happened very well.
Did anyone ever observe this with the hardware alone (because that’s what seems to have happened to me).
