I’m interested in retuning my Voyager, but I don’t fancy shipping it back to the states from the UK since it’s not that badly out of whack.
Anyone have information on getting the intonation sorted?

How long does it take till you have to retune it?

Out of interest, what do you mean “not that badly out of whack”? Do you mean your fine tune has to be set at something other than 12oClock to be in tune?

Oh yeah, I know it still means shipping but there is an authorised Moog service centre here in London. If you send your Voyager to Turnkey, these are the guys they send out to. I have their details at home so let me know if you need them..
My mate reckons my Voyager is very slightly out of tune. Heard too many horror stories about Turnkey though. Still, not as bad as my Prophet-5 where the fine tune is almost in the 10:00 position.

Would I have to pay to get my free retune and the volume knob crackling fixed?
If it’s under warranty, you’ll only need to pay for shipping one way.
I didn’t mean sending the Voyager all the way to Moog, I meant sending it to CIMPLE Solutions. It is just a long way to send it back to Moog, and I would be really scared if anything were to happen to it along the way. In fact I would rather pay to fix the volume knob and the tuning, than have to pay shipping across the pond for Moog to fix it free.
Call Moog to find an authorized repair center in the UK. They should be able to perform warranty repair and tuning.
