I was trying to layer Animoog with my Voyager Xl but they just didn’t seem to get along factory patch wise at least
So I fired up my ZR 76 a flagship from the overly digital age and hit the D50 wan’a be bell patch and Zing they get along like a dream their both very digital and wavetabley
with complex modulation departments
That’s my opinion anyway.
The ZR kick’s the snot out of a D50 in most way’s 24bit fx engine and 16 bit wave table set and it was the one that supposedly bankrupted Ensonique back in the day.
I think it’s a good mix with my new Analog Moog stuff possibly it definitely play’s well with Animoog
I came to hate it after carrying it around all these year it’s frigg’n huge and easily half again as heavy as this heavy Moog Xl
