I live in the USA, but have used Big City Music, and will tell you they do indeed have very good service.
I just purchased an EB Voyager from Sweetwater (it arrived yesterday…could life be any better?), and it was a very smooth transaction. And it came with OS 3.1 installed.
Nova Musik sent me my AE Voyager..it arrived promptly and in perfect shape…
I got mine from sweetwater too and had no problems. as usual when ordering synths though, if I want it new I always say “leave it factory sealed” or for them to make sure it’s factory sealed. I know this sounds redundant, since the price you’re paying is for ‘new’, but you’d be surprised sometimes when you get a package and it’s not

There are about three Alto music stores. The one in Middletown, one in Monsey, and the other in Wappenger Falls. Its been a while, but I used to frequent the one in Monsey, circa 87. I worked as field service tech and my travels in Bergen county/upstate NY took me in the vicinity of the store often. Although my own Voyager was purchased at Rogue Music NYC and accessories at Two Lines Music, the folks at Alto were pretty cool.
