My Voyager Touch Screen has stopped working and before I contact Amos directly I wanted to see if anyone has encountered this before and can recommend a fix I can take care of on my end.
Here’s the background. I don’t use the Touch Screen often, but when I went to use it the other day it wasn’t working. It no longer works with any patches - either my own or the ones from the factory. I haven’t been using MIDI so the problem isn’t related to that. A few months ago I played around with changing the factory pre-set values for the X and Y axis of the screen. The screen was working then and was working after I finished trying out different settings. I haven’t used it since then so I’m not sure exactly when it stopped working.
Everything else on the Voyager seems to be working perfectly.
