constructed in Ableton Live;
two layers of LP on bass and lead, MIDI sequences played to LP and recorded as audio with live tweaking. This demo showcases the LP’s tight envelopes and some nice filter modulations. The beat was programmed by me and uses a Moog Voyager for the kick. Turn it up! This LP is juicy.

I just got a chance to listen to this mix on a soundsystem with an actual subwoofer… my apologies, the bass drum is OVERPOWERING! It sounds great on my iPod though… 
I may fix the mix with a bandlimited kick and re-upload. I don’t want to drown out the nice Phatty sounds… 
I know just what you mean . I’ve tried mixing through headphones and it never works. Something that sounded fine is suddenly blaring. Something that seemed right out in front is suddenly inaudible. Gotta mix with speakers.
