If he can’t figure out how it works, it might be that it’s not working properly. If anyone is familiar with analog subtractive synths, the only hard part should be some of the added features such as putting settings into a memory location.
If it is working, it still needs some modifications (such as a rerouting of the output cable away from sources of digital interference and perhaps a midi interface) to bring it up to snuff.
I sold mind for $500. I’ve seen them for sale for between $300 and $600 in the L.A. area. One site I’ve seen claims they are going for $650, but I am dubious.
