the LP presets; can I make one from another?

hey everyone, first post here. hammond organist, just expanded my sound to an LP, I love it to death. My question is, theoretically, can I make any preset from another preset? So if I’m on one preset, can I tweak everything so I can mimic another preset? I’ve tried to do such a thing but it never really works. I’d just like to know if it’s possible. I’m trying to explore the ‘sandbox’ aspect and want to know if I can literally make every sound from within one sound.

I already know the heart of the issue, which is that I need more time with this baby, but I’m just wondering about that one thing.

The short answer to your question is “yes”.

Picture the synth as a deck of cards. Each preset is a hand. If you go back to the deck, put back certain cards and pull out other ones you will be able to get the same hand every time.

With that in mind you could, if you want, have a hundred identical presets stored in the LP. Not that you’d want to, but it’s possible.

Yes, but be aware there are some settings in the menus that need to be changed with the value knob.
