there is a very nice additional feature (at least in V3.1), but not mentioned in the “3.1 notes.txt”.
It’s thought to display any changes of a knob (poti) or switch for about 3 seconds. If selected you can do fine adjustments very easily and the “normal” display mode comes back automatically after that time of 3s. Very, very nice and helpful, really.
