Tech help with my OB1

Well since there is no Oberheim forum maybe you guys can help me out.

My OB1 has intermetint noise problem. While playing the keys I hear noise sorta’ like when you’re listening to the radio while a lightning storm is near. It’s on both VCO’s. I’ve turned all the knobs to see if maybe it’s a dirty pot or something but no luck. I’ve also gave the noise source switch a workout thinking maybe it’s dirty but no luck on that either.

Anyone?

Talking about having problems with the instruments you have did you check is there anything that might cause this to happen? What I have in mind is that there must be a cause for it. And you definitely need a sign about what is going on with your instrument. If your problem is still not solved yet, I would advise you to hire somebody or sent it to a shop and check that would save a lot of time and effort.
