call me stupid, but where can i find the serial# on my new taurus 3 pedals? where is the link for the firmware update?

Hi, and welcome to the Moog forum! :smiley:

Look for the serial number towards the bottom edge of the aluminum back panel (rear surface of the unit, the side with the “moog” logo in large print).

Hi Amos,

thanks for the reply. I checked again & found no serial#, only the shock hazard caution sticker. Should the serial # be on a sticker, plate, stamped?

It should be on a sticker that is applied to the lower left of the back panel (opposite the hazard warning sticker).
If yours has no such sticker, it must have been left off by mistake. There was one day where we needed some extra help in the packing & shipping department, and one other person has reported not having that sticker… we can mail you a serial number label if we know what serial# you’re supposed to have. If you still have the cardboard outer box your Taurus shipped in, the serial number should be written on the outside of the box as well.
