i recently brought an abused set of taurus 1 pedals back to life. everything is working now and they sound great except they are completely out of tune.
is there a way to tune them? i noticed there are no trims. i haven’t been able to find much help on the web, so any advice would be much appreciated.
No Trims?
The T1 has many trimmers inside.

so, i guess i need a service manual. if anyone has a source of these please let me know. also need 3 of the small sliders. mine work but are broken off.
No slam, but before the pedals can use a player, they could use a tech.
I really recommend taking them to someone experienced.
I have the parts and manual you noted, but experience and knowledge are going to help a lot more and not cause additional problems.

i’ve got a huge collection of vintage synths, but unfortunately it’s really difficult to find a qualified tech here in the atlanta area. you were the last person to service my arp 2600 a few years ago…which has been perfect, by the way…
There is a place in Atlanta, Wizard Electronics, that might be able to help.
But it comes down to the people employed at any one time, not the name of the center itself.

From what I can see, there’s not that many musical repair places in Atlanta.
All the techs must be working for CNN 
all the really good techs in the atlanta area seemed to give up working on analog gear a few years ago. they all had the same story. couldn’t charge for the amount of time they put in, so they ended up losing money.
wizard was the place back in the late 70’s and 80’s, then there were horror stories and personnel changes over the years. they got a terrible reputation.
my problem is, almost all my synths are in at least “collector” condition, so shipping them away is pretty scary. oh well, the search goes on…
still need a service manual. would like to at least try to tune these pedals myself.
