T3 Extended Warranty

I’m in the last 30 days of being able to apply the extended warranty to my T3 and I’m curious how many of you have decided to go that route.

I also have an '05 Voyager EB, 4 MoogerFoogers, and a CP-251 and VX 351; and none of them have given me so much as an atom of problems. I didn’t bother with the extended warranty on the EB simply because it has always been rock solid. In my first year of having the T3 the only weirdness I have encountered with it is the occasional stuck note. Otherwise it has performed beautifully.

At this point I would rather put that $ towards another Nova LunarFooger. Also, to this date I don’t recall seeing any posts in this forum or the T3 owners forum about units being returned for repairs.

So what do you guys think?

I’ve had a hum in mine since I got it but it’s not significant enough to blow [likely] $50 each way to ship it.

When I first received it I noticed it and others said they didn’t have it. Otherwise, it’s flawless and I play mine alot.

Id get the Fooger. Nova makes it hard not to want to buy several foogers.

The only problems that Ive ever had with my Taurus was the OS.

I had a look - I was almost going for it just because it was something new for the Taurus 3  Was it always there? Only just noticed it now with the site revamp. Anyway with the current exchange rate it came to about £110, which is not bad at all. Then I hit the disclaimer: available in US only!

So no extension for me as I’m in the UK.

These things are tanks, but they do have electronics and you know electronics can go bad, but I’m betting that if there was a fault most pedals would have had it early on and that the first time we’ll be servicing these is in 20 years (I hope).
