Yes, there are many synthesists in North Korea. Who else would make the enriched P-240 for the government? Synthesists might be plenty, but I’m pretty sure the internet is either illegal, or heavily restricted. 
They were forced to cry sincerely under threat of labor camps. They also were forced to sing “Eye of the Tiger” during the funeral. They say the only cars there are $80,000 mercedes driven by government officials. I bet someone in the government fires up the old casio keytar and rocks out. Also I meant to say DPRK, not NPK, which is a hydroponic nutrient mix.
