Subsequent 25 - Shift mode issue using keys (C,C#...) - HELP !

Hello,

Shift mode with combination of keys doesn’t work anymore. I used the Bank 4+ Active Panel + Combination of banks + Keys method but when I press C twice for example nothing happens.

Thre is no way to reset the unit and I tried reinstalling firmware 1.0.2 but that didn’t do it.

Did someone face this issue too ?

Mine seems to be OK. Which function/parameter are you trying to change?
