could anybody tell me which the last “working” Sub Phatty firmware and where could I download it?

In general you should be able to download the latest released firmware from the download tab on the Sub Phatty product page, which currently lists firmware version 2.0.3. In the past I have found a link to version 2.0.6 on these forums, but that one was never added to the download tab on the website. If you register your synth with Moog you should receive an e-mail whenever a new update is released.
