Subharmonicon Problem with firmware update

I just tried to update the firmware on my Subharmonicon but ran into an issue wit the unit getting stuck. I red that changing the transmission speed was required so I tried to repeat the process but now the unit is stuck in boot loader mode and will not come out of it. I tried powering off the unit and restarting it but it is still stuck.

Anybody know of a way to reset the unit like a reboot?
