Sub37 Ordrd Arp issue.

Hi. I have a weird issue with my new Sub37.

Whenever I play with the Arp in Ordered mode with Back/Forth activated, the arpeggiation will often simply end if when I change chords or sometimes just by releasing a single key in the chord.

Is this a known issue? What should I do?

Does it do the same thing if it’s not connected to a computer?

I have had it hooked up to an Octatrack, I tried unplugging. But that doesn’t change it.
