Sub37 not recognized

Hi,
I just bought a sub37, I wanted to do firmware update but my PC doesn’t recognize the synth …
the pc doesn’t even loads the driver of the 37.
I don’t know why …
did this happened to someone?

Do you have the synth connected directly to your USB port or are you using a hub???

i resolved by just updating my pc.
