Sub37 filter cutoff knob issue

I’ve been having some problems with the filter cutoff knob on my Sub37 – there’s a point around 12 o’clock when audio cuts in and out (or more accurately I think the filter is closing off fully when it shouldn’t).

I sent two messages to Moog via the contact form on the site and an email to andy@moogmusic.com (who I’d spoken to previously) but haven’t gotten replies to any of my messages. I’m posting here in the hope that someone can point me in the right direction or someone from Moog will let me know how to contact them.

Welcome to the club. They’ll fix it for you, but it’s a known issues that’s plagued earlier models of the Sub 37.

andy is pretty hard to contact these days. not sure why, he used to be really fast. I gave up trying to get answers about wobbly pots on my sub 37 in the end. decided i’d just live with it and hope they don’t get any worse…
