so i just bought a new sub phatty the other day, states the manuf. date is Aug of 2017, so the firmware should be most up to date. and of course like others, vsti doesn’t work. i use FL Studio, updated to newest version. i’ve read that older versions of the plug in work though, is there a place to download legacy moog software so i can try an older version? the synth is working great as a midi controller, no problems at all with connectivity, its snappy and responsive to other vsti plugins. but i need the sub phatty itself as a midi plug-in. i can seem to only get the x64 “effect” plugin to work, which is useless to me. i need the actual virtual instrument to work instead. anyone able to help me? it would be cool if i could be up and running by tomorrow. i was hoping to be able to bring this bad boy home and immediately get to work. ah well.
I had the same issues. Try the Beta versions - you have to write to Gil - see this thread: https://forum.moogmusic.com/viewtopic.php?f=21&t=25663
I just got these beta versions and they work quite well. Only I do not get audio out of my Sub Phatty so far (the virtual instrument is finally working).
