Sub Phatty turning on but not working

When I turn it on the lfo rate light is the only light that’s on and it makes no sound
If i hold down the pitch amt, hard sync and the activate panel while i turn the phatty on, all the lights come on and it still makes no sound

does anyone know how to fix this or if not how to do a reset?

Maybe Local is turned Off?

Press bank 4+activate panel, the latter should blink

then press bank 4 and 2, preset 1. they should all be lit. press C# twice on the lower octave

does it work now?
