After updating to the newest firmware, I get no sound when I hit the “Activate Panel” button. I get no change when using the “Master Vol.” knob and no change when using the “Headphone Vol.” knob. I also get no sound front the headphones in preset mode or Activate Panel mode!
WTF HELP!
47 looks, no response, SUX. Still not working. The master volume doesn’t even effect the main output volume…
Guess I’ll call Moog Mon.

We don’t had this problem after updating.
Of cause this is frustrating, but 47 looks just tells you, that 47 people read you posting and one of them had an idea to help you. Normally typical problems that are caused by some wrong settings or well known problems are helped on this list very fast.
So please call Moog Music on monday. They will help you.
