Hi there,
I’m having a weird issue with my Sub Phatty, which I LOVE, but I’d like to get this issue remedied.
If I play a patch, and hit either up or down octave, there’s an intermittent issue where it doesn’t go up/down an octave while I’m holding that key. Sometimes it does, sometimes it doesn’t.

Don’t mind the crappy camera work. I had to hold the phone and play while switching buttons, heh.
As you can see in the video, I start out at 0 Octave. I play a few notes, then switch down to -1. It doesn’t switch while holding that key. I do it again. It does. I do it one more time, and it doesn’t switch.
What gives? I love this synth to death but this is one really annoying bug 
WHAT I’VE TRIED (in order, nothing worked):
-Firmware Update to v2.0.3
-Bootloader Update to v2, then Firmware Update to v2.0.3
-Initialize All Presets
-Initialize All Global Parameters
