Sub Phatty - Hardware disconnected StandAlone/VST Win 7 64x

Hi,

I registered my Sub Phatty, received on my request (since registering did not unlock the download for the editor on the website) an e-mail with the 1.1.0 Editor.

Both versions, Standalone and VST show “Hardware not connected”, though clearly it is connected properly. (Proof: Device showing up correctly, firmware updated via USB and Moog-MIDI driver setup also successful.)

After gathering info and some drivers/patches in this forum, I updated to firmware v298_2_0_6
I also installed succesfully the MoogMusic_MIDI_DriverSetup_v2.23.0-version.
Additionally, I tried the Moog Sub Phatty Editor-1.1.1-WINDOWS-VST - verisons.

Unfortunately without any success. The hardware is a fine piece of art, but the software(support) is a mess…

Please help me to get this editor running. Thanks in advance.

Problem resolved, thanks to the guys of Moog, so anyone having issues of this kind, just contact them.

using win7 64-bit here as well. Are you now able to automate more than 3-4 parameters at the same time without problems and without losing sync in your DAW, using the VI or VST editor?
