The editor that I received after registering my SubP won’t install, the installation window starts installing and then says “installation failed”. Using a 2010 imac with osx 10.6.8, no problems with anything else. Have emailed moog twice without reply.
Do I need to update firmware even though my unit hasa serial of above 5000?
Any help would be great, would love to start using the editor/library!
