Sub Phatty Crashes

Hi everybody,
from time to time my sub phatty crashes. (hanging notes and does not react to MIDI messages, so that I need do switch off the synth.)
I am using the Ableton live on MAC in conjunction with the editor plug in.
Fimware 2.0.1
version 1.0.3.

anybody else here with the same problem or maybe even a solution?

I have the exact same problem running Logic x. Moog support will not help me. Extremely frustrating.

Similar problem with the Sub P but with Sonar. Also with the Sub 37 but in that case have to do a menu reset to bring it back to life.

Have not been able to narrow it down as to what is being sent but the Sub’s seem to have some issues with DAW’s
