SUb 37 MIDI usb Problem

hello,
when sub 37 is connected via usb to my iMac,sometimes the connection between the synth and the daw disappear,
i need to turn off and then on the synth to make it work…
if i disconnect the cable and reconnect it don’t seem to restore the connection, the only way is to restart the machine..
anyone can help me?

I get similar with Ableton (better since 9.5 tho) , often a note hangs then after reset (octave up & down buttons) there appears to be no connection with computer.
Turning sub 37 on and off doesentmake a difference or restarting ableton, Mac has to be restarted for Sub to be seen again.
Midi clock sync is wayyy off too , really erratic.

I had the same problem when I was using a usb hub - it went away with a direct connection to the iMac.
