Maybe someone can help me out, or has had the same issue!
Recently got a SUB 37 and updated it to the latest Firmware (Version 1.1.0)
This morning everything was working fine, until i switched it Off and back On again, and now the LCD is ON and bright but there is no text, everything else works fine.
Tried to set the LCD contrast via the Sub 37 Editor and also restore default global settings, but nothing!
Anyone with the same issue ? any idea how to fixe it ?
The latest firmware is not 1.1.0. It 1.2.0 and that’s also the minimum version that is required for the software editor AFAIK. 1.2.0 is the firmware that is included with the software editor download.
If you used the software editor successfully before, then the Sub 37 was probably already running firmware 1.2.0 and actually got downgraded to 1.1.0, which I can imagine causing issues. I’d try to upgrade to firmware 1.2.0.

So the SUB 37 is running the latest version.
Any other tip ?
Sorry, in that case I have no idea. I’d contact Moog support.
