Sub 37 Headphone Volume

Hi everyone.

I’ve just purchased my first ever Moog product - the Sub 37. It’s amazing the joy synthesised sound can bring. I do have an issue however, the signal from the headphone socket is so low that even when the headphone out and main volume dials are turned up to the max, the sound is barely audible. Anyone have a similar problem and, more importantly, a solution?

I assume you’ve tried multiple patches? And that your headphones are in good working order?
