I just received my 2nd manual today? Don’t really need two and would gladly send it back if you’d like.
And no t-shirt here, so I believe it’s based on who first registered the products…not sure though.
I got a second manual and no shirt as well today. I love my pocket protector though. I may have to get a white lab coat to go with it.
hmm. my serial number is in the mid 200’s and i registered the day i took ownership. and i replied to the Moog email address requesting a manual on the same day as well, from the sheet in the Sub37 box. not sure if that has any bearing! im sorry for those that did not receive a T shirt. i am very grateful. but not sure what the reasoning is and why some may have and not others.
Not to pour rain on anyone’s parade, but I would recommend getting one size larger than you usually wear. Even tho it was washed in cold water and dried on low, my T-shirt shrank quite a bit. 
I’m not upset about not getting a t-shirt, just reporting. I’ve got #238 btw.
