Hi all,
I am on a Sub 37, firmware 1.2. I have had repeated problems with the synth failing to boot (blank screen, all LEDS light). I’ve reinstalled the firmware manually, and the synth has come back online and worked for a period, then failed to boot and gone to the blank screen again.
So after at least three or four times of rebooting, the firmware seems unable to update, failing to reboot the synth after step 4 from the manual install, or the automatic installer.
This has rendered the Moog into a brick.
Has anyone got any suggested fixes or tips, or had this problem? It’s causing me serious grief, as I rely on this as one of my main stage synths.

Update: running it in to a different power socket and circuit with just the Moog on it allowed it to boot normally - testing again, plugging it back in to the same power cable and board with all devices on, it still booted normally! So incredibly frustrating. A friend of mine whos a live sound engineer recommended removing the ground to stop it happening at live shows.

I have the same issue with my sub 37…
It keeps going all lights on in blank screen when I turn it on.
I tried multiple plugs, no changes.
I think it might be related to pedals or to a nord stage on the same plug… I need to run some tests.
I keep a computer next to me when I set up gigs and I update the firmware every time.
Did you manage to find out what the issue is?
