SUB 37 - Can you control LFO rate with MOD wheel?

Hey guys! Merry Crimbo to all!

I’ve just got a Sub 37, and I was looking for a way to change the LFO rate with the MOD wheel but I can’t find how to do it. Is this something that’s missing from the Sub 37 or can you do it?

Obviously there is an LFO rate knob, but when playing with one hand, I would like to be able to change the filter cutoff and LFO rate at the same
Time.

Cheers peeps!

Yes you can. For instance like this.

On mod bus 2, from the controllers menu set PGM SRC to CONST ON. Also set MOD WHEEL to 100% in the menu. Then set MOD 2 SOURCE to P.EG/PGM (on the panel) to select the constant on value as source. Then route MOD 2 to LFO 1 RATE. Now the mod wheel and MOD 2 AMT controls the speed of LFO 1.

Now you can either control the filter with a static offset from mod bus 2 and/or with LFO 1 from modbus 1.

Hope it makes sense.

Awesome! Thanks for the speedy reply, that worked a treat! Got a lot to learn about this bad boy. Can’t wait to delve in!
