I would like to record the aftetrtouch data if it exists into the Octatrack OR maybe it can be saved in a sequence in the sub 37 sequencer itself but I am just not sure. Perhaps someone can advise if not will have to record the sound manually.

The Sub 37 does transmit channel after touch so should be no problem.
does it do this by default? i couldnt see anything in the midi menu. oh and thx for replying so fast
Does it by default but there is a global setting to control what is sent … OUT PORTS (MIDI MENU 2.2) … choices are OFF, DIN, USB, or BOTH (default)
I finally worked it out. The OT had a cntrl page and the AT send had to be turned on.
