sub 37 0.9.29 OS X - presets problem

I’ve just installed the new editor and ran it standalone. I did the factory presets sync and it has just created a big list of random characters:

I then copied a preset folders from the old “sub37>presets library” folder to the new “sub 37>presets library” folder - and that has done the same:
Sub 37 Editor2.gif
clicking on the the presets - left and right side - loads/changes the correct preset with the correct preset name showing on the hardware.

changing presets on the hardware synth changes the preset name in the editor to the same random looking character string as in the librarian.

Here’s Bank 1 Preset 09 - I changed to this on the hardware, which is showing Zaxxor’s Revenge as expected. The editor is showing “)!!8=23 %9’” - the same as in the librarian screenshot above.

has there been a change in character encoding?

Just tried it as a VST plug-in in Ableton and it works okay there:

Thanks Paul ! I can confirm this issue here and it’s in work.

Hi,

In the Windows version I see no problem.

Warm regards Luloop

Yes, it seems to be an OSX issue only.

Hi,

I can confirm this.
Stand alone is making problems.
In logic X everything is working fine.

Gibberish text in Standalone on OSX. Works normally in Logic Pro X, MainStage 3 and Ableton.

OS X 10.10.5

Thanks, should be fixed on next version.

Junk displayed on my Mac too. Tried copying the old presets into the new folder and still bad. Guess I’ll want for a new clean install.

It’s already fixed and you will be able to see this on the upcoming version, thank you.
