static on some presets

this is the first time this has happened…on some presets there is an incredible amount of crackling, static, and noise where there wasn’t before…it happens on some factory presets, as well as the newer ones added…nothing has changed on the moog one…hasn’t been moved, no power surges, etc…again, I turned on the moog one and very loud almost like interference occurs on some but not all presets…any ideas?

I found out that it’s the master effects button…when I turn it off the static goes away…doesn’t really help though…
