Hi, my SP arrived yesterday, and since my midi controller haven’t yet, i’m trying to use my tc electronic impact twin to send midi to SP.
That’s what i did:
Connected a midi cable in the OUTPUT of impact twin into the INPUT of the slim phatty.
In ableton, i create a midi channel and drop in a External Instrument Device, then choose “midi to” tc near (wich is the midi interface).
I draw some notes in the piano roll, press play and i can see that the midi information is going into the SP, cause that black triangle in the LCD lights up when i play the clip.
The problem is that i can’t hear anything coming from the headphones jack.
Is there something i’m doing wrong?
I’m new to this, this is my first analog synth and i have a hard time understanding all these connections.
