Your best bet would be at the Arturia site. There’s also a Yahoo site:

This forum is pretty much for the Moog hardware synths.
Mark M is correct about checking the Arturia site (http://www.arturia.com/en/moog/mmpresets.php). There are a number of MMV soundbanks on Arturia’s site that are only available to registered users, however, and to access them you need an account.
