I’ve been using the forum as a resource for a good while now, but I thought it was about time to sign up!
I’m the lead singer/synth player in a band (shadeofred.co.uk if you’re interested), and after owning an alesis micron for a good 2 years I decided to save for my dream synth and buy a Little Phatty Stage. I’ve had it since January and it is by far the most wonderful instrument I’ve ever owned. It always gets attention at gigs too!
In my spare time I like to record some solo stuff, which is much more synth based. I wanted to share a couple of tracks which use the moog very heavily and see what you guys thought of them (good and bad, I won’t take offence!).
This track was recorded pretty much a week or two after I got the moog. The main synth lines bass,leads, fx etc are all the LP, along with a speak and spell, casio drums, ukulele and a mangled piano sample.

This track was recorded much more recently. Once again all synth lines are moog aside from the chimy e-piano which was processed by the moog. Drums are programmed 808 samples.

Both tracks were fairly spur of the moment, I simply put it together as I went along.
